Staff and faculty are asked to arrive as soon as they are able to do so, but our primary concern is safety. If students' or employees' personal situation and judgment require a different course of action than what is determined for the university, they should contact their instructor or supervisor.
Information about campus closures or changes to the regular operating schedule are announced the following ways:
- An e-mail message to your Whitworth e-mail account
- An announcement posted to the campus news section of the Whitworth home page (www.whitworth.edu)
- A recording on the Whitworth phone switchboard (509-777-1000)
- Local news media broadcasts
