Whitworth University Names Joshue Orozco as University’s Inaugural Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Whitworth University is pleased to announce Joshue Orozco, Ph.D., professor of philosophy, has been appointed as associate dean of diversity, equity & inclusion, a newly created position within the academic affairs office. Orozco was selected by the diversity cabinet and will serve as a liaison between the chief diversity officer, provost, deans and faculty.

Whitworth University Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program Achieves Candidacy Status

The Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at Whitworth University has been granted candidacy status by the professional accrediting body the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). The status allows Whitworth to admit students for the inaugural class that begins in August 2022.
