Whitworth University Expands Business Program for Adult Students with Five New Career-Focused Specializations
The five new specializations include:
• AI Literacy – Provides foundational knowledge on artificial intelligence, including how AI is shaping industries and the ethical considerations of AI-driven decision-making.
• Business Analytics – Equips students with data analysis and visualization skills to drive strategic business decisions.
• Digital Marketing – Teaches students how to leverage social media, search engine optimization (SEO) and content strategy to build strong brand engagement and customer acquisition.
• Human Resource Management – Focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations and workplace leadership to prepare students for HR roles in a variety of industries.
• Supply Chain Management – Develops expertise in logistics, procurement and operational efficiency to support business growth and sustainability.
Designed to equip adult learners with job-ready skills, these new specializations align with regional workforce needs and provide students with a flexible, career-focused education. Each specialization consists of targeted coursework developed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure graduates are prepared to succeed in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
These courses are structured with flexibility in mind, allowing students to balance their studies with work and family commitments. Courses are delivered in an eight-week, online, asynchronous format, providing accessibility to working professionals seeking to enhance their skills without disrupting their schedules.
