The Whitworth Office of Church Engagement welcomes pastor and author Dominique DuBois Gilliard to campus on Monday, April 4, from 7-8:30 p.m. in Weyerhaeuser Hall’s Robinson Teaching Theatre.
Whitworth University’s 33rd annual Guest Artist Jazz Concert will feature composer and jazz band leader Maria Schneider, winner of seven Grammy Awards. Schneider will perform with the Whitworth Jazz Ensemble, directed by Dan Keberle, at the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox on Saturday, April 9, at 8 p.m.
The Whitworth University forensics team has done it again! The team took first place at the National Christian College Forensics Association’s national tournament in Lynchburg, Va., March 18-20. This is the fifth year in a row the team has won the tournament and the ninth time in 10 years.
