The orchestra has previously performed at the WMEA regional and All-Northwest conferences, and will be the featured collegiate orchestra in 2022. Recent biennial tour destinations have included Italy, Hawaii, New York City, San Francisco and Salt Lake City.
The symphony orchestra is open to all Whitworth students by audition, and significant orchestra scholarships are offered to qualified students regardless of major.
